These statements were found to be false by the CFTC and it was determined that Mr. Globe made false or fraudulent statements to the NFA while the NFA was investigating Globe FX Club Inc. In the court’s final judgment, Mr. Globe and his company were ordered by the CFTC to pay a $350,000 civil monetary penalty for concealing material facts and making false statements or misrepresentations to the National Futures Association.
